a relaxing getaway
friendly receptionist spacious room excellent breakfast
I appreciated the friendly smile from the receptionist at arrival. she explained everything about our stay. our room was spacious and up to date. The bathroom even featured a walk in shower. the food at the restaurant was excellent and i especially enjoyed the breakfast. It had a great variety of choices.
i think the menu could be slightly more extensive if you were staying longer.

the hotel is set back from busy roads. pleasant greenery surrounds the building. it was quite relaxing to take a stroll around the grounds. the location is quiet and peaceful.

i found the staff very attentive throughout. they were helpful and accommodated my request for a ground floor room. plentiful parking was available. the room was spacious, and it was clean.
i noticed laminated paper signs around the hotel which perhaps lacked character. this is a minor detail though.

the staff helped with my luggage upon arrival. the breakfast buffet had a very good selection and good presentation. i found my room very clean.
The payment system withdrew an unauthorized amount from my card. It was a real pain.

narrow stairs pub food
the room was spacious, this met my expectations.
i had issues. there was no lift available, and i had to navigate steep, narrow stairs with my luggage. the restaurant menu seemed more like pub food than what i expected from a four-star hotel, this was disappointing.

the staff was very friendly. the breakfast offered a good choice of items, and the service i received was attentive. the staff provided excellent assistance.
the room was smaller than I had expected. the view from the window looked out at a WORKERS building unit. it was not very appealing.
